Project Summary London & Regional hotel real estate group had asked me to propose a possible campaign solution to communicate the organisations pivot strategy for their guests. Involvement I had proposed solutions with the marketing director to re-model the businesses communication efforts to promote a safer hospitality industry with further attention and effort for guest experience. Outcomes The solution was to propose to the group owners of a hotel as a home for families for long stay durations. A safe haven for business owners and their families to reside during the pandemic period with all amenities to keep children and adults entertained in safe conditions. Along with a revamped holdings site for real-estate investors to view the luxury portfolio collection.
