Project Summary I was given a brief to tackle a business problem to better examine the and determine the online house purchasing experience. How would the customer journey dictate the success of the product. Involvement I was to discover a solution based on defined design findings to present a solution to various stakeholders as to the best action forward via evidence based decisions. Outcomes The solution was to be presented to relevant stakeholders before given the go-ahead for design and build.
